Our experience over the years has shown that the handling of the relationship between management and labour can be one of the most important aspects of legal representation in Liberia. Our approach is to avoid or minimize labour disputes, by regular interactions and consultations with our clients on all labor related issues. We also continuously review and up-date forms, practices, and procedures pertaining to labour matters to ensure that they are in compliance with our local laws. Our many years of cordial working relationship with the various labour unions and officials of the Labour Ministry have proven to be extremely helpful.
