Registration of vessels and other water craft of all classes under the Liberian ship registry; drafting and registration of mortgages for Liberian vessels with the Liberian ship registry; negotiating and drafting agreements for the sale and purchase of ships and vessels of all classes; negotiating and drafting contracts for the carriage of goods and passengers by vessels and other water craft; conducting title searches to identify and confirm the ownership and/or registered agents of vessels and other watercraft; advising on the Liberian Maritime Law and policies.
